Can’t see your Dynamics 365 Apps?

Click the ‘Sync’ button

Often times when you first log in to the Dynamics 365, you often don’t see Apps on the Home Page.

A quick solution to this is to click the ‘Sync’ on the right hand side.

Wait for a couple seconds and refresh the page.

If this doesn’t work, try accessing the CRM instance using the URL. If you receive an error, please contact your CRM administrator to ensure you have a security role assigned to you.
